Fits the OM-3 perfectly and the ergonomy is great!
The grip has an excellent fit, looks and feels gorgeous
It's perfect! It fits like if it was made from the beginning to match with the camera. It gives me more control over it, now I can include larger and heavy lenses to carry on. It's light and comfortable.

I purchased the silver with the black wood. feels great and makes a big difference with a longer lens. I have seen iWood grips for the OM-3 with a slightly different wood piece shape. It appears to have a sloping shape at the top of the black wood piece. Is that something which might be available to purchase separately? Thanks for a nice product...Joe McGrath

Does what it needs to do.
Straight from China (shipped from there), very slow delivery and over charged by about $50 compared to what appeared to be the same grip from other sources. Works okay, not perfect, but I’m not complaining about function.
The grip works as described. The whole transaction went without a problem. It arrived 11 days after ordering.
Wonderful grip for the OM-3: beautifully made on ebony wood, very light weight. Superior ergonomic experience on the camera: love it!
The wooden grip looks and feels really cool and is great at giving extra balance and support on the bigger lenses for the OM3. As an aside, it also protects the bottom of the camera from being scratched. Well done and a big thank you!

Unfortunately the tripod hole in the plate is not deep enough to fit the screw from a Peak Design Capture plate.
