Normal Shipping Schedule
As long as we have your item in stock and the next day happens to be a weekday, we can have your purchase processed and shipped within 24-48 hours. Once the shipment has left our warehouse in Macao, it can take from 7-10 business days to the United States and 7-14 business days for international orders. Any custom orders will require longer for shipping.
How can I track the status of my order?
You will receive a confirmation email upon placing your order online. Once your order is shipped, we will send you another notification email to update you on the status of your order.
What happens if my order is out of stock?
We strive to keep a vast inventory of our products in stock. However, in the case that we have a shortage, we will be sure to notify you via email that the item from your order has been backordered. This email will also provide an estimated date for when your item should be back in stock for us to ship out.
While on backorder, your item will be put on hold for you until it is replenished and ready to ship. This can usually take anywhere from 3-4 weeks. We appreciate your patience and thank you in advance.

International orders require 5-7 business days for orders to be delivered to the customs agency of the delivery country. Customs clearance time may vary and is determined by the customs agency of the delivery country. We are unable to guarantee delivery times with parcels sent via the standard international postal service due to the variance of international postal network delivery times. We are not liable for delays calculated based on provided delivery estimates of the courier company in charge or other third parties.
