What is your return/exchange policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may send it back to us within 30 days and as long as it is in resalable condition, we will refund or exchange your item.

Since all of our products are made of wood they can sometimes have natural defects and may not fit properly. In this case, we will gladly send you a new one at no charge.

Can I change or cancel my order once its been placed?

No problem. If your order hasn’t already shipped, we can easily assist you with changing or cancelling. Please email mywoodstar@gmail.com and they’ll be willing and able to help you out.

If your order has already been shipped out, we can cancel it through the parcel service. Once we have received the order, the remaining balance of your order will be credited back to your account.

If you want to cancel your order and you have already received it, you must have the order sent back to our warehouse. Once we have received the order, the remaining balance of your order will be credited back to your account.
